How can i deposit funds?
Depositing funds into your Finantik account is quick, easy, and best of all: secure. The entire process takes only a few minutes to complete and you will be immediately notified of any issues with your deposit.
There are a number of ways that you can choose to fund your account. They are:
Credit card: Finantik accepts the following credit cards: visa, mastercard and discover.
Electronic payment: skrill
Wire transfer: if you wish to fund your account via wire transfer, please contact your account manager or access our live chat to receive the appropriate banking details.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Finantik does require a minimum deposit but that amount does vary by funding type. The minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

Does Finantik have a maximum deposit amount?
Finantik does have a maximum deposit amount which varies by deposit method. below are the amounts listed for deposits by credit card:
Daily limit:$/€/£ 10,000/¥100,000
Monthly limit:$/€/£40,000/ ¥4,000,000
Please contact your account manager if you are using an alternative deposit method.
Finantik reserves the right to change these limits without prior notice and may request proof of id for security reasons.
Which currencies can I deposit?
During the registration process you can choose the type of currency that you wish to use for trading. Your choices are: us dollar, british pound, japanese yen, or the euro. Please note that once you have selected your currency it is not possible to change it.
does Finantik accept cash deposits from clients?
no. Please note that the company does not accept cash deposits.
Deposits to Finantik – how long does it take to appear in my account?
If you have made a deposit to Finantik with a credit card or another form of electronic payment, your account will be credited immediately once the payment has been received by Finantik’s systems. If you have deposited by wire transfer, it may take five business days before the funds are credited to your Finantik trading account.

How can i withdraw funds from my Finantik account?
Avoid delays in receiving your funds by ensuring that all your documentation is
correct, up to date, and confirmed before you submit your withdrawal request. every
time you use a new payment method you will need to verify it, but once you have done
this you will not need to verify that particular card in order to make a withdrawal
The stages of verification include:
Proof of id – photo identification, including passport, driver’s license, or any other
form of government issued identity card.
Proof of residence – confirm that you are resident in a country accepted by Finantik,
with the following documents: bank or credit card statement, recent utility bill,
(water, electricity or telephone bill).
Complete assessment of appropriateness – one of the sections of the verification
process, make sure that all your answers are correct and up to date.
Verify your payment method – if you are using a credit card, please send a picture of
both sides of your credit card, displaying the last four digits of your credit card only.
Once your account is verified, ensure you are logged in to your account before
accessing the banking page, and then the withdrawals section.
Follow these steps to withdraw money:
Fill in the required information; including your desired withdrawal amount.
Click send. if after business hours, we will begin processing your request the next
business day. our business hours are monday-thursday, 9-16:00 and f, 9-13:30.

What payment methods can i use for withdrawing funds?
Withdrawals can be made to your credit card, through a wire transfer, or selected
online payment systems.
For your security, the first time you use any new payment system you will need to
follow all the stages of our verification system as outlined above. any payments you
request will not be made until all documents are received.
How much am i charged for each withdrawal?
Withdrawal charges vary with the type of account you have.
For platinum and diamond account holders every withdrawal is free. gold account
members can make one withdrawal for free each month. silver and basic account
holders can make one withdrawal for free, with charges each time you withdraw from
Credit card: 3.5%
Debit card: 3.5%
Wire transfers: $30, €25, £20
Some banks may also make an additional charge on each transaction.
Are there certain hours for making withdrawal requests?
A withdrawal request can be made at any time through www.finantik.com. requests are
only processed once all required documentation is verified and at the start of the next
business day. we aim to complete all withdrawals as quickly as possible but your bank’s
business hours and aml procedures also affect the withdrawal process.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is no minimum amount for withdrawals made to credit cards, skrill or neteller.
However minimum limits apply for withdrawals made by wire transfer: $100, €100, £80,
¥10,000 (jpy), 700 (cny), 7,000 (rub).
Is there a maximum withdrawal amount?
Withdrawals are capped at the available funds in your account at the time of the
request. This figure will not include any funds currently invested in open trades.
How long does it take to get my money?
We aim to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. however, there may be
circumstances, such as the bank’s business hours and aml procedures that makes the
process take longer. you can read about them at the top of this page. in order to avoid
delays, please ensure that all verification documentation is up to date before you make
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY
“Money laundering” is the practice of engaging in a series of financial transactions to conceal the ownership, source, control or destination of illegally gained money. Ultimately, it is the process by which the proceeds of crime are made to appear to have a legitimate origin. Finantik committed to preventing money laundering through its service and complies.
Finantik aims at implementing strict anti-laundering policy to ensure that its customers will be identified for such suspicion up to a certain standard to minimize the procedural complications for genuine and legitimate customers. In order to fulfill its commitment to provide full assistance to government combating against such illegal financial transactions, Finantik has developed technologically advanced and reliable electronic system which verifies its client identification and is able to store the detailed record of all previous financial transactions.
Finantik is obliged to report suspicious transactions. by misusing the service you may face criminal prosecution as we are bound to automatically report such behavior to the authorities.
One of the main measures to discourage money laundering and related illegal activities, Finantik doesn’t accept cash transaction whether you are intended to deposit or withdraw the fund. The company reserves the right to suspend or refuse to process a transaction at any stage, where it believes the transaction to be connected in any way to money laundering or criminal activity. In accordance with international law the company is not obliged to inform the client that it has reported to the corresponding bodies of the client’s suspicious activity.
Finantik has set up a compliance regime in order to fulfill its formal legal requirement. It comprises the appointment of compliance officer, policy making, and regular review of their implementation.
Finantik is also committed to regularly update its electronic system for inspection of suspicious transactions and for verification of client identification records, in accordance with any new regulations as they are promulgated, as well as providing training for its employees on enhancements to anti-money laundering procedures that may be required by new regulations.
Additional disclosure deposits and withdrawals
In the event of money deposits the sender name must match the name of customer present in Finantik records. No third party transfers are allowed in this case. Additionally, Finantik will not accept third party checks and/or an endorsed employer’s check unless approved by management.
Similarly in case of money withdrawal recipient name must match the name of account holder who is withdrawing money. if money is withdrawn via wire transfer, it can be done only to the same bank and the same account name from where money was deposited. If money is withdrawn via online payment system, it can be done only to the same account/e-wallet from where it was deposited.
